Yes - most programmes can be delivered online, in-person, or as a hybrid. Online delivery uses interactive platforms with breakout sessions, polls, and collaborative exercises. However, some programmes (like the Energise workshop) work best in-person for maximum team engagement.

Do you provide training materials?

Yes - all training includes comprehensive materials: pre-course reading (if relevant), presentation slides, workbooks/handouts, and post-course reference materials. For custom programmes, we develop materials specifically for your organisation.

What's the typical group size?

Depends on the programme. PPL theory works 1-to-1 or groups of 2-4. Team workshops are 6-20 people. Corporate training is typically 8-15 participants. We can accommodate larger groups but prefer smaller sizes for maximum interaction and individual attention.
